Grand Prairie Friends is a family of conservation-minded supporters that share a passion for the long-term care and stewardship of our natural areas, prairies and forests, in east-central Illinois. 

 

Since 1984, we have worked together towards our common mission to preserve and restore natural communities in east-central Illinois and promote an understanding and appreciation of natural resources. We do this now and for the future.

Stewarding our natural communities requires the help of friends like you and our wishlists grow with each new natural area that we pledge to protect and maintain.

 

As a Feather Our Nest supporter, you can easily donate administrative and stewardship items that are important in our efforts to maintain habitats for plants and animals; places to reflect and recreate; and clean water and air.
