About the event

Follow local botanists on a guided walk to admire the spring flowers, ferns, mosses, and more that grow at Warbler Ridge! Nancy Countant and Wilson Montgomery are two seasoned volunteers with a passion for botany and GPF. Join them as they lead an educational walk through Warbler Ridge Conservation Area to see the amazing flora coming back to life!

Please park at WARBLER CROSSING (17487 Bypass Rd) in Charleston, Il. Headed south out of Charleston on 130, turn right on to Bypass Rd, cross Blakemans Bridge, and you will see a chainlinked fence with two buildings behind it. Please park in the gravel area. Once all the guests have arrived there will be a carpool to the destination, since limited parking is available there. In case of bad weather, our rain date is Sunday, May 31, same time and place.
