Grand Prairie Friends will start having regular monthly workdays, the first Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 AM, at Warbler Ridge Conservation Area.

About the event
Join us to steward and enjoy Warbler Ridge Conservation Area. We meet at the red shack on Daileyville Rd to do one of the following:
- Collect or Spread Seeds
- Remove Invasives
- Maintain the Hiking Trails
- Maintain the Shack Area
The area where we are working will be posted on the Shack door if you arrive late.Â
Details on specific activities will be communicated closer to the date of the workday here and on Facebook. Cancellations due to weather will also be updated here and on Facebook.Â

Directions: Take Route 130 south from Charleston for approximately 3 miles to Daileyville Road (CR 1470 North). A brown hiker sign is posted at Daileyville Rd.  Follow Daileyville road 1 1/2 miles to the gravel parking lot on the right. You will see the red barn and shack.Â
What to Bring: Appropriate clothing – long pants and shirt, work shoes and gloves.  Bug spray and suntan lotion recommended based on the season.Â

No Carpooling due to COVID-19
Bring your own drinks and snacks
Abide by 6' social distancing
Volunteers welcome to bring their own tools. GPF tools will be disinfected prior to volunteer use.
Groups will be organized in sizes of 10 or less
