Grand Prairie Friends will have regular monthly workdays, the first Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 AM, at Warbler Ridge Conservation Area.

About the event
Join us to steward and enjoy Warbler Ridge Conservation Area. We will meet at Warbler Landing.Â
- Collect or Spread Seeds
- Remove Invasives
- Maintain the Hiking Trails
Details on specific activities will be communicated closer to the date of the workday here and on Facebook. Cancellations due to weather will also be updated here and on Facebook.Â

Directions: Go south on Hwy 130 from Charleston past Daileyville Rd and take the first right on E CoRd 400N. Follow it as it winds and turns until you see the black GPF pickup along the road.
Carpooling from Urbana: We will carpool from Meijers, Urbana, IL at 2500 S. Philo Rd. Depart at 7:45am from the southwest corner of the lot.Â
What to Bring: Appropriate clothing – long pants and shirt, work shoes and gloves.  Bug spray and suntan lotion recommended based on the season.Â
Drinks, snacks, and good friends provided.Â
