About the event
Ready to get outdoors, enjoy the beauty of Warbler Ridge, and help preserve and protect land all at the same time? Join GPF land staff and volunteers to do some hands-on stewardship work, such as invasive species removal.
This is the perfect introduction to stewardship work and GPF. Newbies are welcome! Tools and training are provided. Please wear appropriate clothing – long pants and shirt, work shoes and gloves. Bug spray and suntan lotion recommended based on the season.
This month, we will be removing bush honeysuckle, nonnative mulberries, and autumn olive from South Warbler and South River Trails. Please meet at Mark's Point (the white gate that dead-ends CR 550N).
