About the event
Join the invasive strike team!   We gather once a month at Warbler Ridge to tackle the invasive plants that threaten our native ones. We will be clearing weedy trees (cottonwood) encroaching on our native species in the Bottoms along the Embarras River.  We work in pairs - one person cuts and the other applies herbicide.  We'll show you how and give you a task you are comfortable with.
Wear long pants, gloves, and sturdy shoes. Â Hat and bug spray recommended.
