About the event
Join us for a garlic mustard hunt at Warbler Ridge Conservation Area, 4 miles south of Charleston, IL off Route 30. Snacks and drinks provided. We will meet at the red shack on Daileyville Rd at 9am.
We will walk to our hunt location on the Warbler Ridge Trail so if you haven't had a chance to check out the trail system here, you can kill two birds with one stone.
Here are the details:
Location: 17161 Daileyville Road, Charleston IL 61920
South on IL 130 from Charleston for 3.5 mi to Daileyville Rd. West on winding Daileyville Rd for about 2 miles to a small rocked parking lot on the right. Red shack is near trail-head and Preserve access.
Carpool: We will leave the southwest corner of Meijers, Urbana parking lot at 7:45am.
What to Bring: sturdy shoes, long sleeves and pants, bug spray, gloves
