Join us at Grand Prairie Friend's Edna Edwards   Burnett Land and Water Reserve in Champaign County, north of Villa   Grove (1466-1498 County Rd 100 N, Tolono, IL).  This former 20-acre site has been expanded by 60 acres with newly planted trees.  Volunteers will be working alongside guests of our grant partner, Brookfield Energy, to remove honeysuckle and honey locust on the original site along the Embarras   River.

Directions: IL 130 south from   Urbana for 14 miles to 200N.  West 1 mile on 200N to 1500E.  South on 1500E one mile to 100N.  West on 100N ¼ mile.  Park along road east of bridge.  Property is north.

What to Bring: Appropriate clothing   – long pants and shirt, sturdy shoes, and gloves.  Tools and instructions will be provided.

No experience required.

Every workday concludes with drinks, snacks, and friends!
