This special landscape offers a glimpse into Illinois’ native prairie heritage, bursting with seasonal wildflowers and alive with birds that depend on this rare habitat.

As we wander through the prairie, an experienced guide will help you identify blooming plants and spot both resident and migratory birds. Whether you’re an avid birder, a plant enthusiast, or simply looking for a peaceful way to enjoy the outdoors, this walk is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and learn something new.
