Join us to celebrate Fall and the 10th anniversary of the beloved Warbler Ridge Conservation Area!
Grand Prairie Friends is inviting everyone to this annual Fall get-together on Saturday, September 24 from 4 to 8 pm.
The event kicks off with an interpretive bird walk through the woods and presentations given by local birding experts, Tyler Funk, Ron Bradley, and Dave Mott, who also debut in the evening's film.
There will be a food truck, fun children's activities, a scavenger hunt, and the grand opening of the *NEW* Aspen Loop Trail!
Finishing off this fun evening will be the world premiere of the birding documentary The Magic Stump, a film that showcases a mysterious roosting site for one of the most endangered birds in Illinois-and it exists right here in Coles County!
Bring your family, friends, and a lawn chair to this fun event!
