Stewardship Saturday

Join us to steward and enjoy James Nance Woods.   We will be removing woody invasives from this 14-acre woods.

Cancellations due to weather will also be updated here and on Facebook.   Contact Diane Wilhite (volunteer@grandprairiefriends.org) to RSVP and to be notified of any changes.

Directions: In Neoga, west on 6th St then turn on Trowbridge Road for 2.2 mi. to 3425E (Shelby Co. Rd).  North on 3425E for .9mi past two “S” curves to woods on the right.  Park along road.

What to Bring: Appropriate clothing – long pants and shirt, work shoes and gloves.   Bug spray and suntan lotion recommended based on the season.

Tools and instruction will be provided.  Newbies welcome!
